Where are your ISAs located?
What language(s) do they natively speak?
Can I access the call recordings?
How do I track your activity?
How long will it take to get my first appointment?
How many appointments can I expect over the course of our first term together?
What qualifies as a lead/appointment from your team?
What scripts do you use? What questions do you ask?
The main thing you need to know is:
What will you deliver me?
Can I convert that?
