How Long Does It Take to See Results From an ISA Service?

How Long Does It Take to See Results From an ISA Service?

This is a question we discuss on all of our calls with prospective clients: “how long until I get my first appointment?” It’s an important question to consider as a potential client of an ISA company like Ignite Connections, so let’s talk about it!

Unlike standard lead generation that puts you in front of people who are looking right now, an ISA company like Ignite Connections puts you in front of people way before they ever become a lead for another agent. The downside to this is that if you’re looking for high-speed results, an ISA probably isn’t for you. 81% of homeowners choose the FIRST agent they speak to. So while everyone else battles it out at the final hour for the business, an agent who has the patience and strategy in place to have calls being made on their behalf capture a market that most agents never even get a chance at.

With that comes an element of required patience.

First 30 Days: Ramp Up. While phone calls are a highly effective way to contact homeowners, even in this day and age, it takes a few calls to get people answering the phone. Contact rates in the first month are expected to be quite low, but the campaign is in its warm-up phase. Many clients at Ignite Connections report seeing high quality appointments inside the first 30 days, but we always caution our clients not to expect it right away.

First 90 Days: you should expect to see a few opportunities hit your dashboard. These could be appointments, sat appointments, or nurtures who meet the qualifications below:

  • Want to sell their home,

  • Are open to selling with you,

  • Have a timeline to sell within 1 year and no longer than 2 years,

  • Have expressed genuine motivation to sell. Motivations may include divorce, marriage, upsizing, downsizing, empty nesters, equity, and more.

That said, results vary market to market. If we’re calling into luxury markets, result timelines may be slightly extended. The main indicator of fast vs. slow results can be found in the turnover rate of any given market. How long do people typically live in a home in your market before they sell again? The higher than number is, the more time results may take with an ISA service. That said, low turnover markets (think military markets or high turnover urban markets) may see results more quickly. As of 2026, a homeowner in the USA will live in their home for, on average, twelve (12) years before moving again. If your market is lower than that, your results could be a lot faster. If your market has a longer turnover, results may take more time. All to say the first 90 days should give you an indication of where your campaign is headed with circumstantial variables to be considered.
