What Happens After an Appointment Gets Booked?

A crucial piece of success between any ISA and the agent themselves is the follow-through once an appointment has been set. Just like not all companies are created equally, neither is every agent as strategic & dilligent in their ability to follow-up.

So, after hundreds and hundreds of phone calls, your ISA gets you an appointment! Now what?

Step 1: A calendar invitation is sent directly to your calendar to make sure you know when the appointment is for. All of our appointments are booked within 7 days of the call made.

Step 2: You received a calendar notification, a notification from our dashboard, an email, and a text message informing you that an appointment has been booked!

Step 3: In your email, you’ll find a link to your dashboard (see below). In your dashboard, you’ll be able to see the homeowner’s name, email address, phone number, home address, a summary of the conversation, the motivation for the sale, the timeline for the sale, and, most importantly, the entire call recording your ISA made so you can listen and prepare for the call!
